Since 2002, Project Nepal supports the poorest people in Nepal. Between 2002 and 2007, Project Nepal was especially active in the Kathmandu Valley which was not safe during the civil war of 1996 to 2006.

In 2007, the aid was extended to the southern district of Chitwan, where since 1960, many ethnic groups are settled because of the extremely fertile soil and afterward,s in this area malaria fairly stated. Before 1960 was, miraculously, only the Tharu people survive in this area, they appeared to be immune to malaria.

Through education, information, free medical care, assistance to widows, housing, sanitation, clothing distribution and renovation of many government schools thousands of people and children were helped.

Project Nepal works especially in those areas that are devoid of help, in remote jungle areas Meghauli, Madi, Padampur, Gatgai, Korak, Kumroj. But even in villages around the tourist resort Sauraha: Doranghi, Jankauli, Bachhali, Debouli and Bagamara.
